Job Summary
Use material handling equipment to transport products, equipment, and materials across the facility during loading and unloading activities. Put away palletized units by lifting forks, pick units out of rack locations above floor height, and set up items for outbound shipment. Read computerized work orders to determine quantities and product locations, then load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices. Document and report damages, discrepancies, and product conditions via Radio Frequency (RF) systems, and verify counts of picked items. Complete daily forklift maintenance checks, monitor battery charges, and clean equipment as needed. Alert leaders of any issues with materials and await directions to rectify problems. Help clean and organize the warehouse throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning or manually inputting pallet identification numbers
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
