Job Summary
Seasonal Warehouse General Operatives needed for the Linehaul Department at the International Hub in Portarlington. Roles involve sorting freight by location, ensuring items are scanned, lifting and shifting materials as required, assisting the warehouse team, checking for damaged parcels, maintaining accuracy across processes, and general warehouse duties. Must be a strong team member with good English communication, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail. Shift is 8 hours (7pm-3am), 5 days per week on a fixed-term seasonal contract; salary is €14.00 per hour. Counterbalance & Reach forklift certification is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong teamwork ability
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can-do attitude in day-to-day tasks
- Experience handling scanning and lifting duties
- Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Certificate (preferred but not required)
