Job Summary
Process member orders by pulling merchandise from sales floors using handheld RF scanners, verifying items, and staging goods for fulfillment. Manage the Omni team by coaching staff on policies, training new hires, and assessing performance to ensure adherence to SOPs for BOPIC, curbside, and ship-from-club initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while handling inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and daily reporting to drive productivity and service level agreements. Lead through change by communicating clear expectations and resolving member concerns to uphold GOLD standards. Open shift availability required; full-time role with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
- Must be 18 years of age
- Open shift availability
- Computer proficiency
- Must be able to proficiently master utilization of digital devices
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
