Job Summary
Receive inbound shipments, verify items against packing slips, and inspect materials for accuracy, damage, and completeness. Pick, pull, and stage materials for internal departments and client orders, then accurately pack and prepare orders for delivery or shipment. Deliver supplies to designated work centers, obtain required signatures, and coordinate courier pickups while tracking and documenting shipped items. Record inventory movements, assist with end-of-month counts, and identify low-stock items to support replenishment. Maintain organized storage areas, rotate stock, and follow proper storage procedures while adhering to safety, quality, and data protection policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout shift
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Extended standing and walking
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
- Occasionally handling boxes and supplies up to 100 lbs
- Regular use of hands for handling and stocking supplies
- Operation of carts, dollies, or basic material handling equipment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or materials handling experience
- Experience with shipping systems or inventory software
- Healthcare or laboratory environment experience
