Job Summary
Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and enter transactions into the Acumatica ERP system. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately ahead of daily UPS and FedEx pickups while maintaining inventory accuracy. Keep the warehouse organized, restock packing materials proactively, and coordinate with carriers to ensure consistent pickup times. Report damaged items or discrepancies to the warehouse lead and follow through to resolution. Maintain a clean work environment by breaking down boxes, consolidating waste, and removing pallets daily.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to use a ladder
- Ability to use a pallet jack
- Ability to remain on feet for several hours at a time
- Ability to report to the office daily
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Strong organization
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Clear communication
- Ability to learn new computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment role
- Experience with an ERP or inventory system (Acumatica)
- Forklift or pallet-jack experience
- Familiarity with RFID or Auto-ID products
