Job Summary
Conduct accurate inbound receiving, unload and sort shipments, and complete documentation while applying labels and performing quality inspections. Execute outbound order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping merchandise across all channels, ensuring shipment completeness and adhering to established standards. Process returns and transfers by inspecting items, recording inventory, and preparing goods for cleaning or redistribution. Utilize warehouse technology including handheld scanners and robots to follow system prompts, maintain a clean work environment, and participate in cycle counts. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs and operating carts and pallet jacks. Work full-time at $16 per hour with flexibility for overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable attendance
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Ability to use carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move merchandise
- Comfortable working around warehouse machinery such as forklifts and order pickers
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and exposure to dust
