Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by allocating and scanning products accurately to prepare for customer deliveries. Review and process documents to ensure paperwork matches physical items, then read and respond to internal emails while printing delivery documents and checking routes for accuracy. Use NetSuite and Microsoft Outlook to manage inventory and fulfillment communications, utilizing RF scanning equipment and Microsoft Office tools. Requires physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Schedule runs Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with one off day. Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfort in working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, especially around delivery and installation needs
- Previous experience in delivery or warehouse
- Prior experience with warehouse systems
- Experience using RF scanning equipment
- Comfort with using Microsoft office tools like Outlook and Excel
- Schedule from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, with one off day during the week
- Location at our warehouse in Sturtevant, WI
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery or warehouse is preferred
- Prior experience with warehouse systems (NetSuite is a bonus)
