Warehouse Freezer Selector

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick items by using order sheets or an audio headset, stack items on a pallet for wrapping and loading, and ensure accuracy to orders. You’ll operate a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to move cases from storage to pallets, apply selection labels, use proper wrapping techniques, and inform supervisors of any quantity or description differences. You’ll perform equipment inspections, follow safety procedures, and handle frequent heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs) while standing and walking for long portions of the shift. The role includes paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day 1, PTO/holiday pay, and opportunities for career progression; the shift is night-based (7:00 PM start) with a 4- to 5-day work week at the Westfield, MA location.
