Job Summary
Operate forklift and pallet jack to receive, store, and move products within a Calgary warehouse; use hand-held scanners to ensure order accuracy; work under the supervision of the warehouse supervisor/manager; contribute to efficient warehouse operations through teamwork with coworkers, drivers, and purchasing personnel; adhere to safety procedures; physical duties include sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds; shift is Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM; wages start at $17.20/hour with $0.60/hour shift premium; benefits include health and dental, RRSP matching, paid vacation, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) months' related experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker and pallet jack preferred.
- Ability and interest to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment will be considered.
