Job Summary
Warehouse Forklift Operator responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to pull pallets from the outgoing conveyor line, transport inventory to the warehouse and load tractor trailers, stage orders, perform visual inspections of cans and packaging, ensure dunnage is available, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Must be Crown certified to operate powered industrial trucks; requires ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime; strong team/communication skills and basic English; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SOPs, quality inspections, inventory transfers, and coordination with management and coworkers to meet daily production schedules is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2-3 year previous forklift manufacturing/production experience
- Must be Crown certified to operate powered industrial trucks
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work with a team or individually
