Job Summary
Operate a battery-powered lift truck (forklift) including driving backwards with visibility maintained, and perform all standard material-handling duties across loading, unloading, and storage areas. Execute tasks such as inspecting and maintaining equipment, transporting materials between loading zones, and securing loads in trailers. Complete preload/loader/unloader duties, use scanning devices, read and verify shipping documents, and ensure accurate counts and proper cube utilization. Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to safety and security standards while supporting overtime during peak periods. Schedule: Fri-Mon, 5am-3:30pm; Education: HS/GED preferred; Forklift certification preferred; Valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid State Driver's License; Forklift Certification preferred
- One to two years related experience
