Job Summary
Oversee incoming receipts, internal transfers, and part issuance while operating forklifts, turrets, and pickers. Manage warehouse and production stock replenishment, cycle counting, and ERP transactions for damaged or returned items. Provide solutions to improve work efficiency, mentor staff, and resolve conflicts involving differing opinions. Maintain a safety-first mentality and keep the work environment clean across satellite locations, the backlot, and tents. Process Engineering Change Notices and run shortage reports to ensure quick fulfillment of incoming receipts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience working in a production planning and/or warehouse environment
- At least 3 years of experience using an ERP system to track material movement
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and/or electrically powered devices
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a production or warehouse setting
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to speak effectively with employees of the organization
- Must possess good customer relations skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management
- Must be able to communicate in a way the that resolves conflict and not escalates situations
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
