Job Summary
Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production by loading and unloading vehicles, managing stock transactions via RF scanning, and executing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Operate counterbalance, reach, and electric hand truck equipment safely while conducting daily GMP, quality, and health and safety checks. Generate trailer documentation, monitor conveyor loading, and liaise with drivers to meet dispatch schedules. Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse and supply chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- Good general standard of education
- Previous warehouse experience
- Counterbalance FLT licence
- Reach Truck FLT licence
- Electric Hand Truck licence
- Understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements
- Ability to use RF scanning equipment and warehouse systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Experience of inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Knowledge of food manufacturing standards and GMP requirements
