Job Summary
Supervise warehouse associates, forklift operators, and shipping/receiving personnel while coordinating daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Monitor employee productivity, ensure goal achievement, and schedule workloads based on operational needs. Train staff, enforce safety policies, conduct inspections, and investigate inventory discrepancies. Oversee shipments, coordinate equipment maintenance, and prepare performance reports for leadership. Collaborate with management to implement efficiency improvements. This role supports a brand-new warehouse launching in Pennsauken, NJ, with a Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM schedule and $27-$30/hr compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Warehouse Manager/Supervisor experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the workday
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
