Job Summary
Pick customer orders accurately using packing lists and work orders, verifying part numbers, descriptions, and quantities before shipment. Count and inspect products to ensure order accuracy, then package them to minimize damage during transit. Operate packaging equipment and warehouse tools safely while loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming and outgoing freight. Move materials throughout the facility and prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other shipping software. Utilize ERP systems to process orders and assist with receiving, staging, and organizing inventory. Maintain accurate stock levels, support inventory counts, and help keep the environment clean and safe. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills required
- Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, shipping, freight, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software is a plus
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new responsibilities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
