Job Summary
Pick and pull industrial products, including hoses, gaskets, and fittings, according to work orders. Verify product types, quantities, and specifications before staging, then package and label items for shipment. Assist with assembling hose and gasket orders, unload incoming inventory while inspecting for damage, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts when certified. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines while performing frequent lifting and bending tasks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse or order-pulling experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- Basic math, measurement, and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and reliability
- Ability and willingness to learn technical product knowledge and assembly processes
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling of warehouse materials
- Ability to safely perform assigned warehouse duties while following required PPE and safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification
