Job Summary
Nokian Tyres is hiring a Warehouse Flex Associate/Local Non-CDL Delivery Driver to operate logistics equipment, manage warehouse stock, and assist in inventory management. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to meet physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience driving/operating a forklift
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a logistics/warehouse storage environment preferred
- Lean/process improvement tools experience and/or interest in advancing knowledge in this area
Additional Requirements
- Must successfully complete the pre-hire basic skills test and assessments
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, and drug screen
