Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse and fleet operations, supervising personnel for inventory management, cycle counting, and replenishment activities while staging materials for plumbing and electrical projects. Conduct regular safety training sessions, manage technical PPE, and coordinate truck inventory and job site deliveries through collaboration with warehouse staff. Establish individualized goals and KPIs for staff handling inventory responsibilities and administer comprehensive vehicle maintenance and record-keeping procedures. Requires a high school diploma, two years of warehouse management experience, two years as a fleet manager, valid driver's license, and Microsoft proficiency. No on-call rotation is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated track record of at least two (2) years in a warehouse management or equivalent role
- Proven experience of at least two (2) years as a fleet manager or in a related position
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record, free from major infractions
- Capability to lift up to 50lbs without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient understanding and prior usage of Service Titan for inventory management and process implementation
