Job Summary
Lead operational activities in the warehouse area for the 22:00 to 06:00 shift duration, achieving work plans on time and within budget and KPIs. Drive performance through effective monitoring of coaching, review shift aspects to identify improvements, and proactively motivate the team to maintain high engagement and communication. Manage warehouse training requirements and functions while supporting a strong team culture with a strong work ethic. This full-time, permanent role includes a £3,000 shift allowance and 33 days annual leave. You will work five days a week supporting customer Waitrose.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience in a food operation
- The ability to lead continuous improvement projects
- Excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work any 5 days from 7
- Availability to work shifts from 22:00 till 06:00
