Job Summary
Warehouse Expeditor responsible for ensuring efficient, timely flow of materials through the warehouse by coordinating with purchasing, operations, suppliers, and logistics to track orders, resolve delays, and maintain accurate inventory. Will monitor shipments, communicate with carriers and internal teams, maintain shipment status records, prioritize material handling with receiving and inventory control, resolve shortages or damaged goods, update tracking information, generate expediting and inventory reports, support cycle counts, and collaborate with production to meet schedules. Requires 1–3 years in warehousing/logistics, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with MS Office; salary is $28.00–$31.50 per hour; physical ability to lift 50+ pounds; Minnesota location with on-site work.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
