Job Summary
Warehouse Equipment Operator needed for Ferguson’s Celina Distribution Center on a 30-hour/week, 3-day schedule with a starting pay of $23.50/hour. Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts with training provided), pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely, and use scanners or voice systems to complete orders. Work as part of a team to meet daily goals, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow safety procedures and standard operating processes. Overtime may be required; benefits include PTO, holidays, parental leave, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and additional well-being programs. Training provided; interviews underway. This role emphasizes reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and may involve working up to 10-hour shifts on specific days with a consistent weekend schedule.
Required Qualifications

- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts is a plus—but not required
