Job Summary
Warehouse Equipment Operator for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday: Sun 7:00 PM–3:30 AM, Mon-Thu 8:00 PM–4:30 AM) at Ferguson. Responsibilities include accurately and safely picking products or storing items, assembling containers, maintaining organized supplies, executing daily tasks in a Labor Management System with RF/voice units, maintaining inventory integrity and product safety, following standard operating procedures, participating in associate meetings, and adhering to OSHA safety regulations and PPE requirements. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, overtime availability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of warehouse background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
- Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
- Post-offer background check & drug screen
- Able to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
- Able to excel in fast-paced environment
- Follow all established standard operating procedures
- Adhere to OSHA standards and PPE usage
- Use hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Safety-conscious and compliant with company policies
