Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while pulling, preparing, and staging supplies for restoration projects and field teams. Inspect, test, clean, and perform routine maintenance on mitigation equipment such as dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, ensuring all gear is in good working condition before and after use. Transport company vehicles to repair shops, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate vehicle availability for job sites. Perform regular lawn care for company facilities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal, while assisting with loading/unloading trucks and performing light property maintenance. Valid driver's license required with a clean record; CDL is a plus. Over 25 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a variety of conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be over the age of 25
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, restoration, or a similar role
- Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment
- CDL
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and lawn care techniques
