Job Summary
Maintain warehouse organization, stage supplies for restoration projects, and track inventory levels while ensuring all tools and chemicals are stored per safety standards. Inspect, test, and perform routine maintenance on mitigation equipment like dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, keeping service logs and coordinating vendor repairs. Transport vehicles to repair shops, conduct routine inspections, and assist in coordinating fleet availability for field operations. Perform regular lawn care including mowing, edging, and debris removal, plus manage snow and ice removal when applicable. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and perform light property maintenance as needed. Valid driver's license required; experience in warehouse or restoration preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a variety of conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be over the age of 25
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, restoration, or a similar role
- Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment
- CDL
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and lawn care techniques
