Warehouse Equipment & Facilities Technician

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while pulling, preparing, and staging supplies for restoration projects. Inspect, test, and perform routine maintenance on mitigation equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers, ensuring all gear is operational before and after use. Transport company vehicles to repair shops, conduct routine inspections, and coordinate vehicle availability for field operations. Execute regular lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and debris removal, plus manage snow and ice removal when applicable. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and perform light maintenance on warehouse and office facilities. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and experience in warehouse operations or equipment maintenance.
