Job Summary
Package Handler in a full-time role responsible for loading and unloading packages onto trailers and containers using hand trucks and heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts; read packaging labels and breakdown sheets; follow directions and maintain a safe working environment; operate motorized equipment after OSHA certification; meet production schedules and work efficiently; requires lifting 50-70 lbs, weekend/overtime availability, and background check/drug screening; benefits include dental/medical/vision, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement; sign-on bonus of $750.00+ paid in two installments.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50lbs to 70lbs safely
- Previous electric double pallet jack experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
