Job Summary
Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently and safely. Handle packages, pallets, and freight using warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts. Pick, pack, sort, and stage products for shipment while reading labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately. Maintain accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in all tasks while supporting inventory organization and general warehouse operations. Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards at all times to help maintain a clean, organized, and productive environment. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts available based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
- Constant standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (hot/cold environments).
- Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic math and communication skills.
