Warehouse Electronics Production Technician

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Must pass a background check based on R2 standards for handling sensitive data
• Satisfactorily pass forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test
• Experience safely using forklifts, lift trucks, and hand trucks highly preferred
• Proven ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely in physically demanding conditions
• Solid understanding of electronic components and peripheral hardware
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices related to electronics recycling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously for accurate sorting and recording
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills to understand safety regulations and maintain records
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability
• Ability to operate general office equipment (computers, 10-key, scanners, copier)
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Proven ability to collaborate on continuous improvement projects
• Excellent attendance and reliability
