Job Summary
Warehouse Driver for Power Line Supply with a Valid Class A CDL and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles and trailers at start/end of shifts, logging via electronic driver logs, complying with DOT regulations and company safety policies, loading/unloading products, operating heavy machinery including rough-terrain forklifts, delivering orders on assigned routes, maintaining communications with the route dispatcher, obtaining delivery confirmations, and representing the company in the community. Requires safe driving, flexible scheduling, ability to drive long hours, and physical ability to load/unload materials. Experience with P21 ERP is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Commercial Driver
- Clean driving record
- Safety conscious
- Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal driving rules and regulations
- Flexible Schedule
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Physical Strength: work frequently includes loading/unloading materials/equipment
- Proficient with electronic driver logs and reports
- Operate heavy machinery including Rough Terrain Forklifts, Forklifts
