Job Summary
The Warehouse and Driver Technician is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving orders, quality control, and inventory management. This role involves the operation of company vehicles for deliveries and performing logistics tasks such as order processing and inspections of vehicles. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service while working collaboratively with other departments. Candidates must have a High School diploma, experience in a warehouse setting, and a valid CDL Class C driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse environment
- Valid CDL Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office
- Experience operating industrial forklift equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using an RF based WMS system (preferred)
- Experience with DOT regulations and telematics electronic ELD logs (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
