Job Summary
Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles while performing routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure. Assist with loading and unloading products, ensuring items are properly secured during transportation. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, and support warehouse organization through receiving, stocking, and shelving. Provide excellent customer service via timely communication and uphold safety regulations and traffic laws. Work in warehouse conditions that may include heat, humidity, and loud noise, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial driving and delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery logistics software is a plus.
