Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC/R products while verifying documentation, ensuring load accuracy, and providing customer service during interactions. Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations by receiving shipments, staging orders, using RF scanners to track inventory, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Maintain organized inventory, perform vehicle inspections, and coordinate freight schedules to support branch and corporate order fulfillment. Work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, for 20-40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to cross state lines for deliveries
- Minimum 3–5 plus years of delivery driving experience
- Box truck driving experience
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Attention to detail, and high accuracy
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
