Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC/R products while verifying documentation and ensuring secure transport. Perform inbound receiving, unloading, and staging of shipments, utilizing RF scanners to manage inventory and track freight. Execute warehouse tasks including picking, packing, labeling, and put-away procedures, while maintaining organized inventory and proper storage standards. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, coordinate inbound freight, and support cycle counts and inventory audits. Assist with counter sales, process rush orders, and handle warranty returns to ensure operational excellence. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to cross state lines for deliveries
- Minimum 3–5 plus years of delivery driving experience
- Box truck driving experience
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience
- Experience including shipping/receiving and material handling
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
- DOT certification
- Must be able to successfully pass employment verification through the E-Verify program
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
