Job Summary
Provide customer service through the delivery and/or pick-up of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts. Unload products from shipping vehicles and store at the warehouse, load materials into vehicles, and ensure correct orders are delivered per picking tickets. Follow delivery routes for efficiency, inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, operate forklifts to move stock between loading, unloading, and storage areas, and handle packing, labeling, and shipping via UPS/US Mail/motor freight. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, complete daily inspections, and support branch warehouse operations. Requires forklift operation, ability to lift parts up to 60 lbs (and more per job specifics), and adherence to safety regulations; minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license with a clean record. Training includes annual forklift operator certification; location: Sarasota, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience
- Forklift operator certification and 1 year experience operating a forklift highly desired
- Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record
