Job Summary
Warehouse/Distribution: FT Order Filler/Associate/Fulfillment role in St. Paul, MN. Responsibilities include pulling all customer orders according to the prescribed picking quota, locating proper products on shelves, pulling and transporting items to the checking station, performing basic computer navigation, operating voice picking and RF scanning equipment, maintaining stockroom housekeeping, ensuring accuracy and speed in repetitive tasks, following all safety rules including hazardous materials handling, and complying with forklift use when certified. Requires ability to read and understand product numbers and line codes, pass literacy-related checks, and stand/walk for extended periods while lifting up to 60 pounds. Shifts run 12pm-8:30pm or 1-9:30pm with potential forklift operation and adherence to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Ability to recognize product numbers and line codes
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Basic navigation on computer
- Ability to understand and operate voice picking system
- Ability to use RF scanning equipment
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds
- Forklift certification (occasional use)
- Ability to work in loud environment
- Ability to adhere to safety and housekeeping policies
- Ability to work in shift from 12pm-8:30pm or 1-9:30pm
