Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, counting against manifests, storing and organizing products, performing order picking and transporting orders to shipping locations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Role emphasizes safety, KPI tracking, and adherence to the company’s safety program. Requires physical stamina for lifting, bending, climbing, and operating warehouse equipment (RF scanners; forklifts/pallet jacks where applicable); ability to stand/walk for long periods; basic math and reading of alphanumeric sequences; willingness to work a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri with some weekends) in a warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds
- Pushing and pulling 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic math skills and computer/RF scanning equipment familiarity
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
