Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate (Part Time) at NAPA Auto Parts performing receiving, replenishing, picking, loading, and inventory tasks. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, stocking, signing for inbound shipments when necessary, picking orders, transporting orders to shipping locations, maintaining accuracy and quality of inbound/outbound shipments, and upholding safety standards. Requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 300 lbs with aids, bending/twisting/squatting/reaching, basic math, ability to read alphanumeric sequences, and operating RF scanning equipment. Includes opportunities for pay progression and comprehensive benefits; schedule typically Monday–Friday with possible weekends, and potential for overtime during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of a ladder when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
