Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate at NAPA Auto Parts responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Duties include unloading inbound shipments, counting quantities, signing for inbound shipments, ensuring correct item quantities and types are picked, transporting orders to shipping locations, maintaining accurate inventory records, stock rotation, and upholding safety and cleanliness in the work area. Role emphasizes problem-solving during warehouse operations, monitoring KPI performance, and following safety policies; requires ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklift/pallet jack where applicable), physical endurance to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and occasional weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull up to 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb and reach
- Basic math and reading of alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer and RF scanning equipment operation
- Prior experience with RF scanning is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
