Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot and solve problems during operations; maintain accurate inventory records; ensure shipments are damage-free and of high quality; uphold safety, housekeeping, and KPI-driven performance; operate RF scanning equipment and basic warehouse machinery as needed; flexible to occasional weekend shifts and physical demands of warehouse work.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of ladder when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior work experience and the use of RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work as needed
