Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate performing receiving, replenishing, picking, loading, and related duties at NAPA Auto Parts. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifest, inventory accuracy, order picking, transporting orders, maintaining safety and a clean work area, meeting productivity standards, and identifying and solving problems that arise during daily warehouse operations. Requires the stamina to stand/walk through shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids, and familiarity with RF scanning equipment and basic computer use. Emphasizes safety, accuracy, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with use of ladder when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
