Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate needed to perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading tasks. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, staging products, order picking, transporting orders to shipping locations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Emphasis on safety, KPI-driven productivity, problem-solving during daily warehouse operations, and adherence to company safety programs. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, operate RF scanning equipment, and work flexible hours (M-F with occasional weekends). Notable requirements include basic math, alphanumeric recognition, and comfort with computer/RF equipment; forklift/pallet jack operation and related certifications may be required depending on role.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of ladder when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior work experience and the use of RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Have the availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work as needed
