Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products in a NAPA Auto Parts warehouse. Tasks include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, storing products, ensuring correct quantities during order picking, transporting orders to shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Will ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, report variances, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. Must be able to operate RF scanning equipment and potentially forklift/pallet jack operations; physical requirements include lifting 25–50 pounds (up to 50 with heavier loads possible) and the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, and reach for extended periods. Role supports KPIs and productivity targets and may require weekend work. Training/certification may be required to operate equipment and adherence to safety guidelines is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids.
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of ladder when necessary.
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity.
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment.
- Prior work experience and the use of RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Have the availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work as needed.
