Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Duties include unloading inbound shipments, counting and verifying against manifests, staging and storing products, order picking and transporting orders to shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality of inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records and proper stock rotation, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards. Must be able to stand for the shift, lift up to 50 pounds (and push/pull 300 pounds with aids), bend/twist/squat/reach, read alphanumeric sequences, operate a computer and RF scanning equipment, with RF experience a plus. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; forklift/pallet jack operation and related certifications may be required. Pay is $21/hour with potential progression; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of ladder when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior work experience and the use of RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Have the availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work as needed
