Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot and solve problems during these activities; ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine quality checks; adhere to safety and housekeeping standards; operate RF scanning equipment and warehouse tools (e.g., pallets, ladders, forklifts as required); meet productivity standards and KPI targets; physical duties include lifting 25–50 pounds and regular standing/walking; typical schedule includes Monday–Friday with potential weekends; position supported by safety programs and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds; pushing/pulling up to 300 pounds with aids
- Bending, twisting, squatting, reaching; use of ladders when necessary
- Basic math; read alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to operate computer and RF scanning equipment; prior RF experience a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with possible weekend work
