Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot and solve problems during these activities; ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; maintain inventory records and stock rotation; uphold safety standards and KPI-driven productivity; operate RF scanning equipment and basic computer tasks; able to lift 50 lb, stand/walk for long periods, and work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Able to bend, twist, squat, climb and reach; read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic math skills; read RF scanning equipment; operating computer
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Proficiency with warehouse equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) and safety procedures
