Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot and solve problems during daily warehouse operations; maintain accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory records, and adherence to safety policies; operate RF scanning equipment and basic warehouse tools (pallet jacks, ladders); meet productivity standards and identify resolve issues impacting quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 50 pounds and pushing and pulling 300 pounds with use of mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach with the use of ladder when necessary
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior work experience and the use of RF scanning equipment is a plus
