Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to perform receiving, replenishing, picking, loading, and related tasks. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, counting and verifying against manifests, storing and organizing products, transporting orders to shipping locations, and maintaining accuracy and quality of inbound/outbound shipments. Must support inventory records, stock rotation, and safety/housekeeping standards; meet productivity KPIs; identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations. Requires ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavy loads with equipment, basic math, reading alphanumeric codes, and operating a computer with RF scanning equipment. Prior RF-scanning experience is a plus; must be available to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting and moving parts up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds with mechanical aids
- Able to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb and reach; can use ladder
- Basic math skills to identify product quantity
- Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior work experience and use of RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
