Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Tasks include unloading inbound shipments, counting against manifests, inspecting for damage, storing products, transporting orders to shipping locations, and maintaining accurate inventory records with proper stock rotation. Emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and adherence to company safety programs; ability to meet productivity KPIs and identify/solve issues during daily warehouse operations; requires basic math, ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment, and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids
- Bend, twist, squat, reach; climb when necessary
- Basic math skills; read alphanumeric sequences
- Basic computer and RF scanning equipment operation
- Prior use of RF scanning equipment a plus
- Availability to work Monday–Friday with possible weekends
- Comfort with long hours, overtime during peak periods
