Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate responsible for receiving inbound shipments, replenishing inventory, picking orders, loading shipments, and ensuring accuracy of inbound/outbound consignments. Tasks include unloading, counting against manifests, stacking and storing products, signing for inbound shipments when needed, transporting orders to shipping locations, maintaining inventory accuracy, rotating stock, and upholding safety standards. Utilize RF scanning equipment, perform quality checks, report variances, and support KPI-related performance targets. Must be able to stand/walk for the shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate basic computer systems as part of daily warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- Pushing and pulling 300 pounds with aids
- Stand and walk for entire shift
- Bend, twist, squat, climb as needed
- Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences
- Basic math skills for quantity checks
- Readiness to operate computer and RF scanning equipment
- Prior experience with RF scanning is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with possible weekend work
