Job Summary
Warehouse Distribution Center Associate at NAPA Auto Parts responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot and solve problems during these activities; ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; maintain inventory accuracy and stock rotation; uphold safety standards and KPI targets; operate RF scanning equipment and perform duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and moving pallets as needed; perform other duties as assigned by leadership with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids
- Bend twist squat reach climb as needed
- Basic math and ability to read alphanumeric sequences
- Read/recognize items; operate RF scanning equipment
- Basic computer skills; RF scanner experience is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
